Finally got around to uplading this video!
They actually tasted not too bad, but the texture and chewiness was not pleasant. If they had been crispy-fried that would have been fine.
It was kind of weird to gnaw down on a bug that I grew up hunting and toying with as a kid. We used to use a hose to fill their burrow holes with water and force them to climb out so we could catch them.
